WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SETUP OPERATOR FOR THE DIE-CUTTING DEPARTMENT
For setting up tools in eccentric presses and hydraulic rotary tables
We expect:
- that you are a qualified blacksmith / industrial technician / mechanic
- that you are flexible and able to work independently
- that you take great care with your work
We hot-press brass valves in forging dies. We heat them in a furnace and forge two halves together using up to 700 tonnes of force, after which the workpiece is removed and allowed to cool. It is then deburred and cleaned with steel wool. The workpieces are subsequently sent to our machining department.
